Multi Sports Camp gives players the opportunity to experience a variety of sports throughout the program including soccer, basketball, flag football, cricket, handball, volleyball, and more! Players will work on developing their skills in each sport before participating in small tournament-style scrimmages.  During the morning players will focus on developing their technique and skills within each sport, and gain a basic understanding of playing a scrimmage. The afternoon will focus on small sided scrimmages in a tournament environment that encourages good sportsmanship, teamwork, and most of all, fun! This is the only sports camp truly dedicated to children of all abilities.  Instructed by: US Sports Institute

The Whitpain Walkers is a weekly walking club that meets at various walking trails in the area. This program is ideal for individuals who want to walk with others, begin and/or continue a walking routine, discover great walking trails nearby, or are just looking for something new to do during the day! The walking club is a non-competitive group that encourages healthy lifestyles, exercise, being in nature, and socializing with others. Whitpain Walkers will meet Wednesdays and Fridays at 9:30am. Come when you can!This program is for adults 18+ and open to all levels and abilities. Leashed (friendly!) dogs permitted on most walks, unless otherwise stated.An email is sent to registered participants Monday or Tuesday each week detailing the exact meeting location for that particular week. This is a program open to all levels.  Health and weight loss is achieved through healthy eating, movement and stress management, so this program includes all 3!  Participants will receive weekly meal plans with shopping lists and recipes (one for meat-eaters, and one for vegetarians), and attend a weekly 45-minute workout that will consist of cardiovascular exercise and strength training, followed by a 10-minute meditation.  Workouts and meditations will take place outside, and hand weights are optional but not required.  Participants will be asked to bring a mat or towel.  If you are ready to feel better and be stronger, come join us!Instructor: Jamie Hernandez

Multi Sports Camp gives players the opportunity to experience a variety of sports throughout the program including soccer, basketball, flag football, cricket, handball, volleyball, and more! Players will work on developing their skills in each sport before participating in small tournament-style scrimmages.  During the morning players will focus on developing their technique and skills within each sport, and gain a basic understanding of playing a scrimmage. The afternoon will focus on small sided scrimmages in a tournament environment that encourages good sportsmanship, teamwork, and most of all, fun! This is a program open to all levels.  Health and weight loss is achieved through healthy eating, movement and stress management, so this program includes all 3!  Participants will receive weekly meal plans with shopping lists and recipes (one for meat-eaters, and one for vegetarians), and attend a weekly 45-minute workout that will consist of cardiovascular exercise and strength training, followed by a 10-minute meditation.  Workouts and meditations will take place outside, and hand weights are optional but not required.  Participants will be asked to bring a mat or towel.  If you are ready to feel better and be stronger, come join us!Instructor: Jamie Hernandez
