Mondays, 7:40-8:40pmJoin yoga instructor Matthew Mitlas for his signature balanced blend of movements that stretch, strengthen, increase breath capacity, and quiet the mind. Matthew will focus on postures that bring relief to common areas of the body such as the hips, low back, neck and shoulders, while also sharing about uplifting yogic philosophy and meditation. Students enjoy Matthew's creative, intelligent, and friendly approach to the yoga practice. While his classes are accessible to all levels and to those with minor injuries, please be able to get up/down from the floor relatively easily to participate in Matthew's classes. Remember to bring a yoga mat. Matthew has a few mats to lend out if you need to borrow one. You can learn more about Matthew at www.matthewmitlas.com.  Bio:Matthew Mitlas is an advanced professional Yoga Educator (E-RYT 500, YACEP), Licensed Massage Therapist, and Ayurvedic Health Counselor. In practice since 2011, Matthew specializes in the engaged, therapeutic application of a variety of traditional and modern yoga, ayurveda, and bodywork techniques. Matthew's yoga classes are comprehensive, challenging yet accessible to all-levels, and filled with uplifting Yogic philosophy. Each class is thoughtfully planned to suit the individuals and demographics present. Matthew embraces community, diversity, and the fundamental teaching of Yoga: that we are all ONE! Outside of his work, Matthew loves to travel, sing, and spend time in nature. He is also an avid film and television enthusiast- ask him about some of his favorites!

Players will work on developing their skills in each sport before participating in small tournament-style scrimmages.  Players will focus on developing their technique and skills within each sport, and gain a basic understanding of playing a scrimmage. This is the only sports class truly dedicated to children of all abilities.

Join us for Hayrides at Prophecy Creek Park! Hay wagons take passengers to the upper field for a bonfire, a spooky storyteller, and a witch serving up hot cider out of a cauldron! A fun, festive, family event!Glow necklaces are provided by Whitpain Police Association on a first come, first served basis. Wagons do a continuous loop throughout the evening - get on the wagon after you pay and enjoy the ride to the bonfire. When you're ready to leave, hop on the next wagon that will take you back down to the main entrance. Wagons pick-up passengers every 10-15 minutes. Last wagon leaves the parking lot at 8:45pm. Last wagon leaves the bonfire at 9pm.*fees adjustments at checkout*

While his classes are accessible to all levels and to those with minor injuries, please be able to get up/down from the floor relatively easily to participate in Matthew's classes. Remember to bring a yoga mat. Matthew has a few mats to lend out if you need to borrow one.
