Matthew will focus on postures that bring relief to common areas of the body such as the hips, low back, neck and shoulders, while also sharing about uplifting yogic philosophy and meditation. Students enjoy Matthew's creative, intelligent, and friendly approach to the yoga practice. While his classes are accessible to all levels and to those with minor injuries, please be able to get up/down from the floor relatively easily to participate in Matthew's classes.
