Dogs in Parks
- Dogs must be on leash (not exceeding 6 feet) and always under the owner’s control.
- Retractable/extended leashes are not permitted.
- Dogs are not permitted: within 20 ft. of athletic fields/courts; within 50 ft. of playgrounds; within the 5-acre premise of the Manor House.
- Dogs must not be allowed to be a nuisance or potential hazard to other park users, or to damage Township property.
- Leashed dogs are permitted in all parks, except for Stony Creek Sports Park. Owners must clean up after their pets and dispose of waste in a responsible manner.
