Cardio Pickleball combines fast-paced drills, continuous movement, and exciting rally play to give you a great workout while sharpening your pickleball skills. Designed for all ability levels, this class focuses less on scoring and more on keeping the ball in play—ensuring a fun, high-energy session that boosts fitness, agility, and endurance. Register for each class individually.
