Slow down and reconnect with the natural world. These guided walks will combine silent walking, sensory awareness practices, and gentle breath meditation. Participants will learn how to attune to the beauty of nature in any environment. This practice is appropriate for brand new beginners and experienced meditators.
Meet at the Gazebo in Wentz Run Park at 12pm. Please wear appropriate walking shoes. Bring your lunch for an optional picnic afterwards!
