Meditation on the 8 Pillars of Wellness
As the New Year begins this meditation can provide some direction for wellness and harmony in daily living. The 8 Pillars consist of: Physical, Emotional, Mental/Intellectual, Spiritual, Social, Planetary, Financial and Occupational Wellness.

The meditation will be guided with gentle suggestions to enable the participant to travel deep into the intention in order to provide harmony and balance with each Pillar.

Please have a pen and paper/journal available as this meditation can provide a roadmap for the coming year.
