The goal of Lil' Sports is to teach children about sports and physical fitness in a fun, safe and positive atmosphere that will allow them to build their skills and their love for sports and physical activity. Leading by example, instructors work on a wide range of developmental skills and milestones such as:
· Gross Motor skills
· Hand- eye coordination
· Being a team player
· Following directions
- Participants can expect gym class activities such as soccer, paddleball, relay races, obstacle courses and more!
- Wear comfy clothes and sneakers
- Bring a water bottle
