Barre3 Virtual Workouts

Barre3 is a total-body workout that combines strength-conditioning, cardio and mindfulness.  
 
Our classes are designed to lower stress & combat the imbalances in our bodies created by our more sedentary lifestyle. You don’t need any props or special equipment to practice barre3 at home.
 
Our signature approach to modifications means that our classes are accessible to all fitness levels and can be adjusted for injuries. No experience necessary!
 
We recommend wearing comfortable exercise appropriate attire, and you will need the space equivalent of a yoga mat. Make sure you have your water bottle handy.
 
Props: Yoga mats are recommended if you have one, but you can also use a towel. In the studio we use light handheld weights (1-5 lbs.) but you can substitute with soup cans, water bottles, or go without. We also use a squishy playground style ball (a small pillow would easily work in its place!)

Preregistration required for this program. You will receive a unique Zoom meeting code the day before the class starts.
