Weight Loss for Busy Women

This is a program open to all levels.  Health and weight loss is achieved through healthy eating, movement and stress management, so this program includes all 3!  Participants will receive weekly meal plans with shopping lists and recipes (one for meat-eaters, and one for vegetarians), and attend a weekly 45-minute workout that will consist of cardiovascular exercise and strength training, followed by a 10-minute meditation.  Workouts and meditations will take place outside, and hand weights are optional but not required.  Participants will be asked to bring a mat or towel.  If you are ready to feel better and be stronger, come join us!
