Designed to effectively strengthen, tone and balance the entire body! Fat burning workouts integrate the use of light weights, mats, mini balls, resistance bands, and gliders. Low impact, small isometric movements will give you a full body workout! Participants will use their own body and core (or wall, if needed) to balance. Please note that participants will not be using actual barres in this class, but using the concepts and techniques practiced in traditional barre classes to reap the same benefits.

What to Bring
  • Yoga mat
  • Pair of light weights (2-4 pounds)
  • Socks (no sneakers)
  • Water bottle
