*Vet records DHPP, Bordetella, and Rabies vaccination with expiration dates
*2024 or lifetime dog license
*Orientation Quiz (new members only)

Renewing Members
After you pay online for the current year, please email over any updated paperwork (vet records, and county license). You do NOT need to complete the orientation quiz.

New Members
After you pay online, please email over all required paperwork (orientation quiz, vet records, and county license). Once we receive your information, we will activate a key fob and notify you when your fob is ready to be picked up.

Paying with a check/cash
Please make all checks out to 'Whitpain Township'. You may mail or drop off all paperwork and checks to the Township Building. Or in the night drop box in the Township Building vestibule after hours.
