Whitpain Community Festival
Join us Saturday, September 26, for a day of fun games, shopping, good music, and great food. You won't want to miss the FIREWORKS!
Musical performances are held in Morris Road parking lot. Please bring a chair, the area does NOT have grass.
Activity Schedule:
12-4pm: Vendors, Health Expo, Pumpkin Patch, Petting Zoo, Pony Rides, Hayrides
12-5pm: Children's Games
12-5pm: Children's Inflatables
12-8pm: Food Trucks
2-8pm: Beer Garden
Music Schedule:
3:30-4:15pm: Fort Washington School of Rock
5-6pm: Basic Cable
7-8pm: Don't Call Me Francis
8:15pm: Fireworks

Cash or card for some food trucks, games and tickets. Cash preferred when shopping vendors.

Vendor Information
NOW - AUG. 31- $50
SEPT. 1 - SEPT. 20- $75
EACH ADDITIONAL SPACE- $25
Standard lot size is approximately 10’ x 10’. Tables, chairs, and tents/canopies are NOT provided.
Vendor registration will close on Wednesday, September 16 (depending on spot availability).
Vendors will receive an email by 9/24 with the following info:
- Check-in start time, start times vary btwn 9:30-11am
- Booth number
- Vendor map
- Parking and unloading instructions
There is no rain date for this event! If the festival is canceled due to inclement
weather, vendors will receive a credit for next year. No refunds for cancellations or no-shows.
