Instructor Bio:
Liz Baldasano is PTR Certified Professional in Adult and Junior (10 & Under/11-17) Development, and Junior Performance (10-16). She is a lifelong tennis enthusiast and an active recreational doubles player.

Liz is in her 12th season conducting tennis workshops at Wentz Run Park. She is a Tennis Professional with the PennSuburban Community Tennis Association (PSCTA) and head instructor for the PSCTA Junior Team Tennis (JTT) Training Program.

TENNIS FOR FITNESS®

  • $70 R / $75 NR for 5 classes; $16 R / $19 NR drop-in fee
  • Mondays, 5/17–7/19, 7:30pm–8:20pm
  • Thursdays, 5/20–7/22, 6:30pm–7:20pm
  • Saturdays, 6/5–6/26, 8:30am–9:20am
  • Focus on movement, go at your own pace, stretching and conditioning

    • Round Robin [Level 2.0-3.0 and 3.5]
    • $65 R / $70 NR for Unlimited Play Pass - May be used throughout year; $10 R / $12 NR drop-in fee
    • Level 2.0-3.0+ Fridays, 5/21–7/30 & 9/10–10/8, 8:30am–10am
    • Level 3.0-3.5+ Tuesdays, 5/18–7/27 & 9/7–9/21, 6:30pm–8pm
    • Up to three timed matches per session; balls provided

    Workshops
    • $93 R / $98 NR for 4 classes; $26 R / $29 NR drop-in fee
    • Fundamentals Workshop (Beginner/Advanced Beginner Level 2.0 – 2.5) Tuesdays, 5/18–6/22, 9am–10:30am
    • Intermediate I (Level 2.5-3.0) Wednesdays, 5/19–7/21, 9am–10:30am
    • Intermediate II (Level 3.0-3.5+) Sundays, 5/16–8/1, 8:30am–10am
    • Classes may be used throughout all sessions
