Yoga with Matthew Mitlas - Yoga with Matthew Mitlas Mondays, 7:40-8:40pmJoin yoga instructor Matthew Mitlas for his signature balanced blend of movements that stretch, strengthen, increase breath capacity, and quiet the mind. Matthew will focus on postures that bring relief to common areas of the body such as the hips, low back, neck and shoulders, while also sharing about uplifting yogic philosophy and meditation. Students enjoy Matthew's creative, intelligent, and friendly approach to the yoga practice. While his classes are accessible to all levels and to those with minor injuries, please be able to get up/down from the floor relatively easily to participate in Matthew's classes. Outdoor Yoga with Karen Strawhacker - Outdoor Yoga This program is open to all levels, including beginners. The practice of yoga has several benefits to overall health. Through mindfulness training, breath, and posture, students are able to improve their quality of life. Yoga relieves stress and promotes a deeper relaxation while still providing physical exercise. Yoga also promotes balance, flexibility, strength, circulation, and immune response.

USA Sports: Multi Sports - Squirts Multi-Sports Multi Sports gives players the opportunity to experience a variety of sports throughout the program including soccer, basketball, flag football, cricket, handball, volleyball, and more! Players will work on developing their skills in each sport before participating in small tournament-style scrimmages. Players will focus on developing their technique and skills within each sport, and gain a basic understanding of playing a scrimmage. This is the only sports class truly dedicated to children of all abilities.

Yoga with Matthew Mitlas - Yoga with Matthew Mitlas Mondays, 7:40-8:40pmJoin yoga instructor Matthew Mitlas for his signature balanced blend of movements that stretch, strengthen, increase breath capacity, and quiet the mind. Matthew will focus on postures that bring relief to common areas of the body such as the hips, low back, neck and shoulders, while also sharing about uplifting yogic philosophy and meditation. Students enjoy Matthew's creative, intelligent, and friendly approach to the yoga practice. While his classes are accessible to all levels and to those with minor injuries, please be able to get up/down from the floor relatively easily to participate in Matthew's classes.
