*Vet records with vaccination expiration dates for DHPP, Bordetella, and Rabies
*2024 or lifetime dog license

NEW MEMBERS:
After you pay online, please email over all required paperwork (orientation quiz, vet records, and county license). Once we receive your information, we will activate a key fob and notify you when your fob is ready to be picked up and your access code is active.
RENEWING MEMBERS:
After you pay online for the current year, please email over any updated paperwork (orientation quiz, vet records, and county license). You do NOT need to complete the orientation quiz.
