If dropping in on a workshop, please contact instructor prior to attending to ensure space is available.

Individual Instruction (one hour) available by appointment, $50 R / $55 NR for one lesson, or $145 R / $150 NR for three lessons. Register below for the 3 one-hour lessons. Pay online, and schedule with instructor directly. 

Instructor Bio:
Liz Baldasano is PTR Certified Professional in Adult and Junior (10 & Under/11-17) Development, and Junior Performance (10-16). She is a lifelong tennis enthusiast and an active recreational doubles player.

Liz is in her 11th season conducting tennis workshops at Wentz Run Park. She is a Tennis Professional with the PennSuburban Community Tennis Association (PSCTA) and head instructor for the PSCTA Junior Team Tennis (JTT) Training Program.

TENNIS FOR FITNESS®

  • $70 R / $75 NR for 5 classes; $16 R / $19 NR drop-in fee
  • Mondays and Thursdays, 5/7-7/27, 6:30pm-7:20pm
  • Focus on movement, go at your own pace, stretching and conditioning

    • Round Robin [Level 2.0-3.0 and 3.5]
    • $65 R / $70 NR for Unlimited Play Pass - May be used throughout year; $10 R / $12 NR drop-in fee
    • Level 2.0-3.0+ Fridays, 5/8-6/12, 9am-10:30am
    • Level 2.0-3.0+ Fridays, 6/19-7/31 & 9/11-10/16, 8:30am-10am
    • Level 3.0-3.5+ Tuesdays, 5/12-9/15, 6:30pm-8pm
    • Up to three timed matches per session; balls provided

    Fundamental Group Lessons
    • $70 R / $75 NR for 5 classes; $16 R / $18 NR drop-in fee
    • Fundamentals (Beginner/Advance Beginner) Tuesdays, 5/12-7/28, 9am-9:50am

    Workshops
    • $93 R / $98 NR for 4 classes; $25 R / $28 NR drop-in fee
    • Intermediate I (Level 2.5-3.0) Wednesdays, 5/13-6/10, 9am-10:30am
    • Intermediate I (Level 2.5-3.0) Wednesdays, 6/17-7/29, 8:30am-10am
    • Intermediate II (Level 3.0-3.5+) Sundays, 5/3-7/26, 8:30-10am
    • Classes may be used throughout all sessions
